Definitions
- Agile Advantage: The website, platform, and service provider offering the Services.
- Member: Any person who creates an account or otherwise uses the Services, including prospective, current, and former members/clients.
- Services: Collectively, the Agile Advantage website, memberships, coaching services, courses, community features, messaging, and booking functionality.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under GDPR.
- Account Deletion (GDPR Erasure): A permanent process intended to delete or anonymize Personal Data to the extent required by applicable law; irreversible once completed.
- Account Deactivation: A reversible service action that disables access while retaining account data for potential reactivation, subject to applicable retention requirements.
- Third-Party Processors: Service providers that process data on behalf of Agile Advantage (e.g., payment processors, email providers, scheduling, video conferencing, hosting).
Overview
Agile Advantage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting Personal Data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when Members use the Services.
This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

Personal Data We Collect
We collect identifying and contact information; account and authentication data; membership and subscription status; booking and coaching data; course participation and progress; community interactions and messages; technical and usage data; and communications with support.
How We Use Personal Data
We use Personal Data to provide and administer the Services; process payments and manage subscriptions; schedule and deliver sessions; enable community features; communicate transactional and service messages; send marketing messages where permitted; improve security and performance; and comply with legal obligations.
Legal Bases for Processing
We process Personal Data based on contract performance; consent (where required); legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention, service improvement); and legal obligations (e.g., accounting).
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing, subject to consent requirements. Members can manage preferences via browser settings and site controls.
Third-Party Processors
We use third-party tools to operate the Services, including Paid Memberships Pro, Stripe, Amelia, Zoom, PeepSo, Tutor LMS, Uncanny Automator, Brevo, and hosting/CDN providers.
International Transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside the EEA/UK. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legitimate business purposes, and legal compliance. Backups may retain data for a limited period according to our retention schedule.
Your Rights
Members may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Members may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
